Target architecture
1-2 weeks. Target architecture design with ADRs, C4 diagrams and estimated costs.
Phased roadmap
1 week. Executable plan with quick wins (<30 days), tactical initiatives (<90 days) and strategic transformations (<12 months).
Implementation
Variable. Dedicated team delivers in biweekly sprints with live demos and objective metrics.
Operation
Ongoing. Measurable SLAs, rotating on-call, continuous improvement and monthly executive reports.
